In my opinion it is perfectly legitimate for the original poster to simply start a thread giving his point of view/his state of mind. I'd go further and say that the people saying "these posts need to stop,” etc. should be asked the following:

Should these posts stop or should you stop reading these posts???

If the op had suckered people into the thread by titling it something like "here is the one thing the Redskins must do" and then hit everybody with a prediction the Redskins will go winless the rest of the season if Cooley does not return --then yeah, I would agree that would be misleading and pretty annoying.

But here is my question, if it offends your Supreme Fan sensibilities that some people miss Cooley, why in the WORLD would you open a thread entitled "Beginning to miss Cooley"???????

It's "cluttering" the forum. Really. Extremeskins just can't bear the strain of that extra, what, one mb, huh? Or you just can't take the strain of that extra, what, one cm further scrolling?

Come on, you can do it! Yes, muscle up with that index finger. That's it ...oh yes! You did it, you moved that scroll wheel TWO CLICKS! And people say the fans don't put as much effort into it as the players.

Guys, if you think some topics aren't worth putting in a post ...uhm, SKIP THAT POST?!?!?!?! and let those of us who appreciate that post read and respond (maybe even in peace???).

BTW, dang do I miss Chris Cooley.

How many TDs do we have from the TE position this year?

    Just checking.

fred davis would have crushed cooley's best season last year if he didn't get suspended. sorry, cooley probably shouldn't have even made the team last year.

hahahaha EVERYTHING you just said and let me add this:

I just got off a "red-eye" bus from NYC just so that I can be at FedEx at 10am tomorrow... Then, I'm headed straight back to attend MNF (Jets/Texans) and guess what jersey I will be wearing to both games? Guess what jersey I will be wearing at every football-related event for at least the next year??

Nobody should tell anybody that it's time to stop missing Cooley. MAN-CRUSH-IT-UP-TIL-IT-CANT-BE-CRUSHED-NO-MORE!! Viva La Cooley!!!

His performance just didn't
warrant his pay. Salary cap is a huge part of the NFL business!
This is the most uncluttered board I go to. Your post just clutters this thread.
