Don't forget about APete. He's probably angry about that ACL thing we did.

Well, the game was disappointing. BUT, we have a tough schedule this year and RG3 is going to mature to the point where he more aptly avoids situations where he's placed at high risk for injury. Clearly we need a stronger secondary and we need Orakpo NOT to be on IR. With the number of offensive plays the Falcons shot off, our defense clearly wore down at the end. Obviously we need a new kicker b/c Cundiff SUCKS. I'd say that about wraps up my thoughts for today. Good night, don't forget to tip your waitress.

I think we played Atlanta too conservatively. It was as is we played them like we were surprised we were keeping it close. I think we ran way too much. Though Morris was gashing them, we relied on it to much, and kept Robert to much as an after thought. Robert is an excellent passer. It didn't help our receivers kept letting us down on third down. We never got a rhythm offensively. Geez, Ryan threw like 52 times. I notice Indy really lets Luck pass. We seem to only let Robert pass when we are behind. Just a thought.

He's terrible after the catch. Terrible on reverses. I wish we would use Briscoe more.
Okay, which one of you guys called into 980 claiming that RGIII is overrated?
"It was like he was Jason on 'Friday the 13th' -- man just wouldn't go down," - Honolulu bar patron on Trent Williams being tasered and smashed over the head with a champagne bottle.
"Watching RG3 today is like watching Jordan vs. the Blazers years ago. Waiting for him to shrug his shoulders as he runs by cameras." - John Keim, November 22, 2012. Thanksgiving at Dallas
Last year all anyone did was complain that we threw too much.
This year all anyone does is complain that we don't throw it enough.
Running back averages 4.8 a carry and we have to complain that the quarterback doesn't throw enough.
Wide receiver averages 13.1 a catch and 5.8 yards after the catch, everyone complains he gets no YAC. Runs in the 4.4's and we can't use him on the end around.
Do people even watch the games?

In the past months we have gone from a team that could lose on any given Sunday, to being a team that could win on any given Sunday. It's all in the perspective.
Although this new road the team is on may be long, hard, and filled with set-backs, we must realize that after years of wandering, we are finally on the right road.
There was a definite shift though from the second RGIII left the field . I maybe over reacted but they looked very poor in the end of the 3rd/4th Q . The only positive was we did not allow them to get the first down when they ran the ball in the last 3 minutes .
We let their receivers run up just short than 2 X 100 receiving yards and 23 receptions to 2 players ? . That is on the defense . A guy drops back 52 times and we get one sack - yes we shut down the running game - but when they needed a big run they got it and players on the defense were just milling around on that go ahead score . Riley was standing up and pointing to Micheal Turner -
The season gets no better from here ...just depressing .
Can some explain why Shanahan keeps deferring? Both home games, the result as been the opponent dominates possession in the first half and we're out of sync. why not apply pressure early!
