Fantastic news! Hope our O-line plays extra hard Sunday to keep RGIII's jersey clean. Probably won't see too many designed runs either

    Great News! For John McCain!

Oh wait, that's a fivethirtyeight meme.

But seriously it's good that he cleared everything. With him out there we always have a chance to win.

I won't go that far. This is definitely great news. I just hope that all of the proper procedures have been followed, and he's legitimately 100% good to go.

I'll be honest. It makes me a little nervous, knowing that two days ago, he didn't know what quarter it was, nor what the score was. That doesn't sound like a "mild" concussion to me. But I have to trust the experts in this case.

Hail, and PLEASE, for the love of all that is good and holy, end this &@#$&%! home losing streak!!!!!!

It was said earlier, and I'm just going to repeat it, but one of RG3's traits is he very rarely makes the same mistake twice, so I fully expect him to throw that away next time.

I mean this looks pretty detailed of what he's going through

"Griffin met with an independent neurologist on Monday. He also underwent neurophysiological tests on Monday while at rest and on Tuesday after exercising. Griffin had to be asymptomatic in order to be cleared to practice, and he must remain so in order to practice Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and play Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings."

There was an article I saw, I think it was PFT that said he was running out of bounds but slipped and as he was falling got tackled hard. I havent watched the replay of the game to see but I didn't notice that on the intial replays I have seen.

Anyway, I'm sure Griffin is smarter than what most people are giving him credit for. He knows what he needs to do.

Thanks, 56. Like I said, I have to (and will) trust the experts in this case. And I don't think for a second that the Shanahans, or anyone else involved in the organization would sacrifice our, or more importantly HIS, future for the Vikes game this week. That kind of trade off is pure idiocy on every level. We finally have a franchise quarterback, and as such, you take the proper precautions.

I think the strict stance taken by the league on concussions is a good thing too, and we already know that they're looking at us in terms of the reporting of RGIII's injury. I don't think we'd risk league penalty either.

I probably should have just said "great news" and left it at that. But I'm a Skins fan. Worry is my best attribute.

I haven't seen anyone question the young man's intelligence. But when I do, I will happily make it clear to that poor soul what a fool he/she is.

Either Win or Lose, I'm a true fan that has complete support for our beloved Redskins. Doesn't mean there hasn't been many next day questions and concerns but at the end of the day I love my team. Knee jerk reactions are hanus and I dont understand some people.

I think this is the general sentiment. Don't be afraid to be who you are...but be smart with the play & don't get yourself killed out there.

I hope he's practicing running out of bounds.

Seriously, why is everyone talking about sliding? Throw it away or run OOB, no need to slide there.

Then again, its easy to say this after the fact. I suppose we should just count our blessings it wasn't worse than it was.

Possible side effects may include itchy retinas, congestion, lack of death, and runny genitals. Ask your personal physician about food interactions, as these may be lethal in time.

Consult a doctor if you grow a tail that doesn't fall off in the first 48 hours. Tails may be a sign of diabetes in older men, so use caution around sugar.
