Keep crying that will definitely fix the team.... ignore the fact they are learning a new system on the fly, your tears will fix everything

I have a feeling the people saying "come on we're 2 games in" will not be so patient in about a week. I hope I'm wrong. I hope this team can give us something in the next few games, but there are so many things going against them right now. I am almost always positive and patient about my teams, but this feels different.
Jesus people. We are 0-2, not 0-12. This season we have a new coach, with new systems on offense, defense, the power play, and the penalty kill. We had no training camp or preseason games to work in the new systems. We had 6 practices. Think about that. When you started a new job, were your SME that was the companies go to person on your 11th day on the job? For ****s sake guys.
I sure as hell hope all your kids were potty trained in one day and never had any accidents. I would hate to see your reactions if they **** their pants! That's it, our kd is worthless. Drive them to the orphanage and drop them off, they will never amount to anything. Their only cance at success was wasted from birth to 6 months. They blew it, now they are old and worthless, and crapping themselves.

Not a hockey fan. But these posts are so irritating. Just a couple short years ago I had to hear about how everyone wished that the Redskins could be run like the Caps with an owner like Ted. Now, the Caps have no shot to win a championship and fans are back to loving the Skins. Listen, I love not having to read about people slighting my favorite sports team and I do love how many are now realizing that Ted is a perfectly fine, but not spectacular, owner. But come on...two games in and you've given up on a championship?? Weak.
"Washington strolled to the NFC championship, outscoring their two playoff opponents by a combined total of 48 points. Their domination was more than impressive, it was historic. The 1991 Redskins boasted the largest average margin of victory among all Super Bowl champions."
--- America's Game
Redskins were 3-6 if some of you don't remember... 46 games to go... Be there to cheer your boys on. If anything, it gets you a way from the wear and tear of every day life for a few hours of sports.
Last year we started 7-0 so that's a bit untrue. And you are writing a book that is 2/48 of the way to being finished. A season is not two games. That said, GMGM still needs to go and it's time to get a new perspective on building this franchise. But I have said that for the past few years even after 50-win seasons. Even when Laich is back this team is not very deep on either end of the ice and goaltending is a question mark. But to go off the deep end after two games is absurd.
Again, new roster, new coach, new systems, one week of practice, SEASON. There is going to be a growing period. Common sense.

I just feel like every year there is always an excuse. I'm tired of excuses. I want results. I want to see our guys taking the SC on a fishing trip to Saskatoon. I want to see Ovie drink beer out of it in Moscow. I'm tired of excuses.
Redskins 2013 Opponents:
Home- Dallas, NY Giants, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, San Francisco, Kansas City, San Diego
Away- Dallas, NY Giants, Philadelphia, Green Bay, Minnesota, Atlanta, Denver, Oakland
This team ain't winning the SC. I been watching the Caps for 20 yrs. We know how this will go. Make excuses about the scheme being new, new coach, etc blah blah blah. There is no excuse for effort. One person cared last night. I'm beginning to wonder if the players here really even care anymore. Maybe they been through this whole "we'll never win the big one" thing so may times they've just lost their edge.

I always expected this to be a down season for us anyhow. I didn't expect us to fail to make the playoffs but I thought that we would look worse this season than the past 4.
We've got a lot of bright prospects in the system. Kuznetsov will be coming to DC.
Can't deny that we sucked last two games but of course, there is still a ways to go
I don't get why ppl get mad when ppl go crazy because I feel like hockey is the one sport that most fans don't truly understand (me included)
It's a different animal, who knows what will happen next week or next month?

This. I said this after game one and got chastised. I'm always the die hard homer that never says it's over until it's over. Yeah sure we might somehow win our division but this team will not win the cup. There is no way to practice heart and we have seen that our guys dont have it when it counts. It's that simple. Thats not something that just magically appears. Why do you think we keep having coaching and scheme changes. Look at the Redskins, we cleaned house to get rid of the lack of heart on our team. No Heart. No Focus. No Championship.
the friggin Devils made the Finals last year...
they haven't been "good" IMO in years
