It amazes me that the Gnats DL has been so vocal about getting rid of cut blocks & blocking below the waste. In fact, their own DL do it to opposing OL. Maybe lil' mara should consider adding this new rule.

Well, who upset the "competitive balance" more? The Bucs who underspent to the point that when the cap returned they could sign every single big name free agent out there...or the Redskins who smartly utilized the "uncapped" year as exactly that.

The difference is the Bucs don't play in the NFC East.
