So basically I should expect anything from 3" to a foot or so. Good to know. LOL.

Tom [Giants fan] I live near Stroudsburg near the NJ boarder they took the New York news stations off my cable package last year stuck with Philly and Scranton locals what are the New York media station saying about the storm
Accuweather which has been surprisingly good with these storms the last three years says a storm like this will make its own cold air. And it is looking like this thing may turn a bit more northeast than expected. That could mean more snow for the DC area and the snow makes it here to Long Island. I think we will get a much better idea by tomorrow on this scenario from DC to NYC and maybe as far north and Conn/Ma. But this all could be me hoping for one last snow fall before the clocks go ahead this weekend and spring is sprung.
My 2013 Redskins Draft:

Latest NAM was excellent.
GFS running now, looking awesome.
The chances of this being a bust are continuing to diminish tremendously.
Weather channel is saying 8-12 for the beltway/95. The storm is difficult to predict and that some parts of eastern md may see no snow at all (So very thin line)....

TOWARD THE END OF THE 1936 SEASON I BEGAN TO REALIZE
the seriousness of the situation. Don't let anyone tell
you that owning a pro-football team is the hobby of playboys.
It's a gruelling, tough test from beginning to end, no matter
what position you play, even if it is that of owner sitting
in an upper box
Corinne Griffith
Most local news stations are saying 3-6 inches for me. (PG County)
Fir the immediate DC area, I think that's reasonable. Sure, it would be possible to get a foot or more in DC but I'd rather aim low and shoot for the best.
We are going to be getting a lot of precipitation out of this. It's just how long the rain sticks around before it changes over. If its still raining after noon on Wednesday I won't be happy. The sooner the switch over, the better our chances at big numbers.
Let's hope for a switch over to snow tonight...
so it might not switch to snow overnight? meaning we go into work on Wednesday and get stuck there?
This is a PITA to forecast but i'll do my best. If you are DC and east expect 2-4 inches maybe 3-6. West of Dc to McLean expect 6-9. Further west 9-12.
