Was snowing pretty hard when I left for work this morning...was surprised that Loudon and FFX counties didn't have any delays.

Spring begins during the day this Wednesday. So it is still winter for a couple more days.
Is this a joke? Another snow storm coming?
IN MARCH?
LATE MARCH, MIND YOU.
This weather is ridiculous.
I'm sick and tired of this crap
The weather is responsible for at least 3 illnesses I've succumbed to this year, plus there is virtually no heat existent here. It's bitter cold everywhere. It's like I'm in a freezer all day. I'm serious.
I'm dead tired of this crappy weather and I can't wait for summer. At this rate, Opening Day for the Nats will be snowed out.

I like Spring and Fall, not too crazy about Winter anymore and I absolutely hate Summer. Yeah, I know, I'm crazy for hating summer, but it just gets TOO hot. I hate the constant sweating, I hate having to do yardwork and I hate people wearing friggin flip-flops 24 hrs a day. If you come to a decent restuarant, please put some damn regular shoes on. The constant "ca-thunk, ca-thunk" of your nasty, dirty, gnarly unclipped toes on flip flops is ugly.

Y'all do realize that this morning was just the appetizer, right? Check the radar, there's a big'un barreling in from WV for later.
So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish
I'm not a meteorologist
I just observe a lot of media
And I'm very curious why it's this cold this late in March. It's actually snowing in Central Park right now. On March 18, 2013. It does snow in March...in Siberia. In Antarctica. But not on the East Coast. This weather is unheard of.
Much of the country is under a winter weather alert...in late March. It honestly makes no sense. But then again, I'm not a meteorologist. I'm just a guy who's tired of frigid temperatures; a guy who just wants to warm up his poor, freezing, self.
Spring can't get here fast enough.
Looks like we're about to get dumped on up here, and here I was getting ready for mud season.
Next chance for a snow storm is on Monday.
My wife works up in Harper's Ferry... she said it was freezing rain and there were wrecks all over for the PM rush.

A last blast of winter blew through the Northeast on Tuesday, with snow and sleet delaying the start of school in some areas and making the morning commute an icy, slippery mess a day before spring starts.
The nasty weather led some schools in upstate New York, Massachusetts and Connecticut to close, adding a few more snow days to school calendars.
The winter storm that started overnight Monday and early Tuesday might even continue into Tuesday night for northern areas. Snow is expected to cover newly bare patches of ground and force people to gas up their snow blowers again on the last day of winter.
At Ashburnham True Value Hardware, in north-central Massachusetts, employee Andrew Stanley said he hadn't noticed extra sales of shovels and salt, though the National Weather Service forecast 7 to 19 inches of a mix of snow and sleet. He did hear a little grumbling, though.
"Everybody's about sick of winter," he said Monday.
