Come on...let's nudge that 6-12" line a little further east...
The Redskins: Straight outta the WOOM!
For good.
Temps will be important during this storm, not simply because of the rain/snow line (For the DC area, its looking less and less likely that'll come into play - except tomorrow evening) but for snow ratios. If temps stay close to freezing, DC is looking at 7-8-9-10". Temps drop some then those numbers go up. ALL models are showing a very healthy dose of precip., temps will have to be watched very closely!
We have spring break starting on Friday, and in a perfect world i would leave thursday afternoon towards Harrisonburg from Blacksburg to visit my lady. I'd be driving straight up 81. But from what i'm gathering, that's exactly where this storm is going to hit.
What are the chances of me being able to leave thursday still being a possibility? Keep in mind my car is not meant for snow at all.
eh might be dicey
