The soldiers gave three cheers as they urged their tired horses north across the uneven hills. Some of the mounts, exhausted after a week of almost continual marching, began to lag behind; others, spurred on by their enthusiastic riders, began to edge past the regiment's commander. "Boys, hold your horses," Custer cautioned; "there are plenty of them down there for us all."
I hate having ex-cowturd players calling our games.

Most fans wish their team had the first pick in the draft each year. I would be happy with the 32nd.

I don't care about the whistle. At least we got the ball back quicker.
And there's Niles Paul making his argument that he should be our starting TE.
Paul is good for 1 of those a game. Then slow on the play.
Sigh.
There appears to be a light at the end of the tunnel. I just hope it's not a train.
that's some bull. inadvertent whistles mean the play is dead. ive seen a few times over the years where the whistle was ignored, and it's always when it benefits the other team. dont know if it wouldve mattered. but still, it's annoying.
Why is Niles Paul still on the roster?

The whistle did blow, but noone was stopping him on that play. This defense is really freakin bad.

im not even sure what just happened there but ok I guess
Clearly, no quit in Morris. Be awesome if all players (and fans, I guess) were the same, but he's exceptional.
"Captain, it's a viewpoint--not one of ours! We're under attack!"
"I see it, ensign! Engage amygdala! Transfer all power from frontal lobes!
Suspend critical thinking field! Go to course heading of reflexive response 101 at full bias!
Now!'Enter' at will!"
"It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so."
Paul pretty much makes at least 1 mistake per game.
