It's amazing what a difference a competent safety can make... it's like we played with 10 guys on defense yesterday instead of 9 like all season...

Merriweather takes much better angles. He's right on top of the ball carrier ready to make perfect form tackles, as opposed to Landry who you usually see diving at a guy's ankles from the side.

And that fool Landry think he's the boss after taking out a few knees due to said diving at ankles, as if he did something special, when he's still the same dumb as bricks safety he always was.

According to Redskins' twitter and PFZ, Meriweather is fine.

Washington Redskins safety Brandon Meriweather left Sunday’s game early after injuring his knee. After the game he indicated he could have come back in but the game was out of hand at that point since they were blowing the Eagles out.

What a difference Meriweather was! The energy he brought carried over to others in the secondary. It felt great watching these guys fly around and hit someone in the mouth. The most impressive stat IMO is the fact that we didn't give up any big plays. Nothing more than 25 yards. Guys were in great position to make tackles and forcing 3 TOs helps. HTTR! BEAT DALLAS!

True, but it was nice they looked decent even if it was against Foles. Merriweather looked great!
