LG and a 3rd down back as well..

In defense of Polumbus, PFF has stated his play has vastly improved over the past few weeks in comparison to his start to the year, which was one of the worst in the league.

Thanks for the listings. Could you post more of the WR list? I would like to see who's ahead of them and behind them.

Just for the sake of comparison here's football outsiders:
    http://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/wr

Moss is ranked #48 in DYAR and #42 DVOA
Morgan is #50 and #51 respectively

    Dez Bryant
    Stevie Johnson
    Santonio Holmes
    DeSean Jackson
    A.Brown (steelers)
    D. Bowe
    M. Manningham
    N. Burelson
    M. Wallace (steelers)
    Heyward Bey
    Larry Fitzgerald
    M. Floyd
    Robert Meachum

LG is okay if you ask me. Kory has been bad in run blocking, but very good in pass blocking. Maybe another year removed from the ACL might do it. Also we still have LeRib and Gettis developing behind him.

3rd down back should be Montee Ball or Mike Gillislee, not too hard to find. Or Helu if he comes back healthy. My big worry is tight end, Davis is pretty much a writeoff with a ruptured Achilles. Paulsen isn't very good.

Nothing surprising there, which I guess makes me feel better about my own assessments. I'd be more curious to see just how bad things look on defense.

I'd have been interested to see Hightower as our 3rd down back. Much rather him than Banks in our backfield anyway. Like others, I'm hoping our LG is on the roster, considering the number of positions that need addressing and rather limited resources.

LL, thanks for all you bring.

I think Monty could be argued as the most pleasant surprise of the season. He consistently gets it done, and I think he does a good job communicating up front. I know that you mention LG and 3rd round back, does this have anything to do with what you've heard or how you feel about Ribs and Helu? Just curious.

I think I'll bypass your defensive rankings. I can only vomit so many times in one week.

Wow, Korey is a shocker... I'm going to chalk this up to him being a little off due to the injury he suffered last season. Guy was our best linemen at times last year before he got hurt. Hopefully he improves as his knee does.

Nothing unexpected. I want to see the defense

I hope people finally hush up about Chester sucking because he has been great this year. Polumbus has sucked (lets get Vollmer to replace him on the offseason)

Wonder if Helu coming back could be that 3rd down back. Wonder if T. Williams slides into the 2nd round whether the Skins consider. I recall RG 3's deep ball in college, he was super at it. I think the current crop of Wrs is limiting his ability to show off his deep throwing.

Hey, a 5 point increase is still a vast improvement even if it barely puts him over average.

Strongly disagree with how they have Chris Chester ranked. He is no where near that effective run blocking often missing his man entirely and unless they are grading on whiffs to opposing defenders they have Chester way wrong.

Default What do you think the secondary will look like?

My guess from best to worst:

    (1) Doughty
    (2) Hall
    (3) Williams
    (4) Wilson
