Political speeches after a win or loss are full of meaningless nonsense, contradictions, and/or fluff. The fools in the crowds of Romney and Obama, all lacking rational faculties and moved solely by affect.

What an amazing speech. Best since his '04 address.
The hotter the heat, the harder the steel, no pressure no diamonds, we compete, we win
We are the next decade of the Washington Redskins
"Captain, it's a viewpoint--not one of ours! We're under attack!"
"I see it, ensign! Engage amygdala! Transfer all power from frontal lobes!
Suspend critical thinking field! Go to course heading of reflexive response 101 at full bias!
Now!'Enter' at will!"
"It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so."

1154 days until the Iowa caucus.
Final thought on this Election. Do you all have the same feeling you did in 2008 after Obama won the first time?
I don't. I didn't vote him either time but I did get caught up in all the hoopla of that historic night in 2008. This time, I was resigned to him winning reelection and disappointed he had no opposition capable of beating him.
In 2008 I was really worried about the supermajority in the Congress, so the even though I didn't have anything against Obama personally, I was pretty scared that the Democrats would just dominate everything.
I also felt really bad for McCain.
Today I was a little depressed watching Romney lose, even though I voted against him.
But after Obama's speech I'm ready to see what we do next.
I'm somewhat positive about things, even if I'm not completely sold on Obama.

One of the best speeches I've seen from Obama in since before his first term
