I honestly think it's a big waste of time and energy worrying about weed. I could see if it was cocaine or heroin, but weed? Maybe if more people smoked it, the world would be a happier place

If you're an entrepreneur, you should be jumping on this. Go to Colorado, learn the regulations, learn to grow it, and $$$$. Seriously, a lot of people are gonna get megarich on this. There's already companies starting up in Colorado for this. Its the next big thing.

The Fed will be forced to enforce the law, but they can't aftord to do so, so an unenforced law = no law.

That's what a lot of attorneys here locally have been saying, calling into the local talk radio show here in Denver today. Too expensive and not worth their time. Unless somebody is moving large amounts of weed, the feds probably won't bother...

Denver was already considered by many one of the top 5 cities to live in around the U.S....and now they're looking to treat marijuana the same way they do alcohol....my god.
