How much emphasis is put on blocking for the QB for the RBs and FBs in practice? Do you think that's an area where the backs, including Morris, Royster, and K. Williams need to improve?

Is it true that Trent Williams runs a 4.7 forty? If you were standing still and he hit you while running at full speed, how many bones would you break?

From your perspective as RGIII's partner in the backfield, how do you think the lack of Garcon, and now Davis, is effecting the offense?

Speaking of, how is Garcon doing? We all hope he gets better soon.
