He was never good.

He looked good in Oakland because they played in a weak division and their other cornerback was just that much worse.

A 3 looks good when teams aren't passing much and the other corner is a 0. That 3 becomes exposed when teams pass more.

As someone whose roommate is a raiders fan and we watch both teams each Sunday for as long as I can remember this could not be further from the truth.

oh my god...after reading that one post by somebody in this thread about not knowing gano went to the panthers, i thought he was referring to a mess-up comment by the ESPN MNF announcers tonight. wow, how did i not hear about gano being signed on nfl.com??
