What in the world was Shanny and the team doing at halftime to come out and put up a first drive like this!!!

Yo have company, though the vast majority of pro football disagrees. I think he makes his share of gaffes, but I also understand the a number of instances that I thought that, it turned out after getting more info that there was more to the story that I didn't know about the specif plays involved.

And sometimes he does just blow it, period (as does everyone, I guess). I don't think he's a genius and likely has a lot of growth yet to achieve, but I have no reason to doubt what I see in the way of solid amounts of positives with more expected to come, or what the pro consensus on him is versus the typical "ES posters who think Kyle sucks."

What I find funny is that everyone wants young coaches that are hungry, but no one wants the learning pains.

Kyle is not perfect. Rarely coaches are at his age. But he is an investment.

Other teams front offices appear to realize that more than our fans.
