    Did it work? No it didn't so yes I'd say it was unecessary play call at that point. You don't need to fake it to a RB, then reverse sides and throw a WR screen pass behind the line of scrimage. If it had worked, you'd have a point but it didn't...so I stand by my stance that it was too complex for that part of the game.
