griffin actually did throw 2 TD's today (Morgan was clearly in on that second one) but the coaches didn't bother challenging. Hist stat line would look much better with a 2nd TD

Cousins is sneaking up on the other 3 guys...100% completion percentage, passing TD, and a 2-pt conversion.
"Washington strolled to the NFC championship, outscoring their two playoff opponents by a combined total of 48 points. Their domination was more than impressive, it was historic. The 1991 Redskins boasted the largest average margin of victory among all Super Bowl champions."

The only thing I don't like about Wilson is his situation. We've held 3 teams to less than 24 points all year. Seattle has held all but 2 teams to that same amount. Plus he has that fail mary, so our records should be the same. It'll make me mad enough if they get into the playoffs over us because of that, but if he gets rookie of the year cause of that too? Come on man.
I just wish RG3 had Luck's schedule.
"It was like he was Jason on 'Friday the 13th' -- man just wouldn't go down," - Honolulu bar patron on Trent Williams being tasered and smashed over the head with a champagne bottle.
Firing those two passes on a bad leg today...I dunno, it's gotta improve his chances.
The wins are nice for the Colts but this award can't be just based on how many wins either QB has...RG3 beats him up and down no matter which way you cut it. I can't imagine the writers giving the award to a QB who has a TD/INT ratio like Luck has.
What the media doesn't quite understand is that Andrew Luck has taken on a team that, before last season, had 9 consecutive playoff appearances. On the other hand, RGIII has taken on a team that has been arguably the laughing stock of the NFL for the past 20 years. Only 2 playoff appearances since 2000? That's absurd. And for RGIII to have the cellar dwelling Washington Redskins one game out of first place in the NFC East and a Wildcard spot with three games to go? That's incredible. Add to this the fact that RGIII's stats are light years beyond Luck's and RGIII is easily the ROY. Fact of the matter is that the Colts had one, I repeat one, bad season with a circus of sub-par QB's. The Redskins have faced the past two decades with being one of the worst teams in the NFL. You tell me who's done more for their respective team.
Millions of people across the United States could not go to sleep last night as they heard the screams of thousands of statistics being tortured by Colts homers and termagant sportswriters to show Luck is the clear NFL Rookie of the Year.

RIP royallypwned.
So as expected the spin this morning is Luck is amazing and playing great and leading his team to the playoffs. I get that wins are the most important thing but to say he is playing great seems ridiculous.
Many have said this year how Cam Newton has completely sucked.. Sophomore slump. Etc.. Etc..
Interesting set of stats...
Newton = 227/390 58.2% 3,220 yds 21 TDs 10 INT 88.0 rating
Luck = 295/537 54.9% 3,792 yes 18 TDs 18 INT 74.5 rating
I don't get it.... Any other QB has same number of TDs as INTs and he would be ridiculed and fans calling for the backup.
The stat box in the OP has been updated.
Some News and Notes:
-RGIII has the highest rating of all NFL QBs
-Wilson leads all Rookie QBs with 20 TDs
-Luck's QBR has dropped significantly
-Luck has turned the ball over 23 times

RGIII Strength of Schedule:
89-79-1
Luck Strength of Schedule:
69-99

I got no reply from the Indy Star writers. I sent them a link to LL's article.
I guess video evidence is too much to dispute.

They have let Luck off the hook all day on Sirius NFL Radio. If RG3 had the same stats he would be ridiculed and broken down weekly. I don't understand the double standard. They have just let him slide and he is "gritty" (rhymes with ****ty). I don't know what the agenda is here, but it has become clear one exists. THEY (whoever "they" are) have a clear cut choice regardless of performance. It is bizarre to me....and sad.HTTR
