I personally don't think Morris gets in. Bert Blyleven should be in before Morris.
Out of that list, I think the only lock is Biggio. Clemens and Bonds should both eventually get in. They were hall of famers whether they juiced or not. Piazza may or may not get in. Schilling isn't deserving enough, imo. He just doesn't have enough wins. Sosa should never get in. Dude was a liability on defense. And had he not juiced, he would have struggled to even get 500 HR. And the HR count is the only thing really in his favor. Dude was just not that good. I hope McGwire never gets in either. That BS he pulled in front of Congress should keep him out, alone.
I think this is Dale Murphy's last shot to get in. Maybe it's the homer in me, but I think he belongs. 2-time MVP. And he played on some terrible teams. Played the game the right way.

Rose will never get in. What he did was inexcuseable. Way worse than steroids.
Bang,
Does your gamblers gamble rational apply to Jordan in basketball? He and his teammates supposedly gambled on everything. Do you think they avoided any bets on the NBA? If he did bet on anything NBA related would you no longer think of him as one of the top NBA players of all time?
I believe my job as a parent is to give my kids all the blocks they need to build a life in which they can attempt to reach everything they strive for and see anything they can imagine. In a world where everybody finds it easier to destroy than build, I wish for my kids to experience the joy of seeing something for the first time and the love of creating something new.

IIRC, the betting sheets said so.
It's hardly the worst blemish on baseball history. As mentioned before, banning black athletes until Jackie Robinson was way worse and, IMO, arguably the biggest misstep in the history of the game was collusion by the owners in the mid 80's. A group of owners getting together and deciding NOT to make their teams better via free agency because they felt players salaries were getting out of control and didn't want to pay them is awful.
So Rose gambled, big ****ing deal.
The one problem with your theory is that Jordan was never found to have bet on his team. Rose was.
I laugh at all the Rose supporters. There are levels of cheating. What Rose did isn't comparable to Bonds, Clemens, etc. Besides, Bonds and Clemens were HOFers before they ever started juicing. Bonds was, without question. He was skinny as hell. He was still a 5-tool player. He was even a great OFer in his early days.
Rose will never get in the Hall. Ever.

It doesn't look good for Clemens, Bonds, Sosa, etc. This survey shows that they're not likely to come close this time around.
