Yes, you did try to argue it

. Look we all know the score...the Giants found a way to do something that is damn tough to do..not once but TWICE. Oh and to anyone calling it a fluke, you don't fluke your way past Tom Brady and Belichick. Without us that team would have won 5 Super Bowls....remember that.
I remember, and I don't care. I wasn't rooting for you, though a fair amount of people here did. And I'm sure you think your cute underdog team did the entire world a favor by beating the big bad Patriots, but since I'm not completely put off enough by Spygate to root for a rival in a Super Bowl, I actually would've applauded them if they did do it. Same goes for last year.

After winning the Super bowl, we went nowhere?
Using your train of thought, yes, you did, unless your train of thought only applies to all other 31 teams, and yours gets a "Free pass."

As in what we didn't win more Super Bowls? At least those 3 years we played competitively...nope, no medals.
And you missed the playoffs in two of them. You didn't even give yourself a shot in two out of those three, and you came up short against The Wormkiller in one. Stop trying to make more excuses.

Ihave news for ya. Unless you make the Super Bowl nobody gets a medal. Just ask the 4 NFC championship losing Eagles teams. They may as well have gone 8-8 and called it a day. Now, I am not one of those that says you have to win it all. If you make the Super Bowl and win the NFC thats a grand accomplishment worthy of an award. Short of that...its all the same. NOWHERE
Then why do you keep trying to make excuses for why, despite going "Nowhere" (which is another topic for another day) your team remained "Competitive," or "In it," despite not doing **** and watching the playoffs from the couch. Hard to be competitive doing that.

Yea...I definitely see your point. I could never root for Dallas in any game. Philadelphia I think I could root for if they played the Steelers or 49ers. You guys a few more teams.

The hate meter for most Giants fans is

    Dallas
    Philly
    Washington

    In that order.

Keyword being "yet". WR-Vicor Cruz said this in Nov BEFORE the Redskins took the Division Title away from the Giants and eliminated them from the playoffs. Making this a great eat-crow thread because there is no spinning it for the Giants now that the regular season has come to an end - it is the Giants who are no longer contending for anything, and the Redskins who are now contending. We now know who the real contenders are. We should keep bumping this and all the "not-yet" threads.

Mr Cruz, please wish a Happy Birthday to Eli Manning. He is 32 today, can you say - "window" Mr Cruz? As in "closing window"?

New article on ESPN today. Victor Cruz picks the Skins as the team to beat in the playoffs.

So everybody can chill out now.

Do you even know what you're arguing anymore?

And by the way, the Patriots lost to the Cardinals this year. Who by the way, won four straight, beating both the Seahawks and Patriots. It happens.

You want fluke? David Tyree. Who does he play for now?

Rooted for the Patriots BOTH times. Them going 19-0 would not have affected me. They are in another division, another conference and they are not our rivals. I've never rooted for the other NFC East teams in ANY Super Bowl. There are no banners given out to fans of the other teams saying, "congratulations to NFC East fans for winning another Super Bowl." I don't know how some Redskins fans can live with themselves after rooting for the Giants in their last 2 SBs.
    Redskins 2013 Opponents:

Home- Dallas, NY Giants, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, San Francisco, Kansas City, San Diego
Away- Dallas, NY Giants, Philadelphia, Green Bay, Minnesota, Atlanta, Denver, Oakland

Hhaa...you definitely make a good point. I do think there are different hatred levels though. I would expect you guys to hate the Giants most right now. For lots of reasons. I think the pre 2007 Giants for alot of fans is alot different than now. However, push comes to shove, its hard to root for a division opponent. I still say if you guys played Pittsburgh or New England I'd lean toward the Skins..hard to say till it happens I guess. Anyone else in the AFC ...no.

Interesting side note is I do take pride in the fact the NFC East has won 12 SB's ..most of all divisions.

You keep thinking it was a fluke ..makes no difference. The trophy is in the case. Also, the Cardinals won 4 straight against who? You cannot fluke your way through 4 playoff teams...SORRY... wait..I mean 8.
