We were 1 play away from sweeping the entire division. I can't hate on you Victor as you are a class act and a legit WR, but there is a changing off the guard in the NFC East. Skins are one of the youngest teams in the league while the balance of the NFC East is old. Oh yeah, eat s**t Mara

I think we have seen the Giants humbled this season. They have had plenty of players come forward recently and say that they talked too much this year. I guess they took some liberties coming off a championship season. I am sure they that they will come back strong next year.
Were we really 1 play away? Cruz caught that pass with ~1:20 on the clock and the Giants had 3 timeouts and just needed a field goal to tie the game and take us to overtime. That was a major fail on our defense's part but stopping that one play wasn't going to win us the game.
It is fine if he believes that but he should have just kept it to himself. Why say that? It's disrespectful and unnecessary.
Are you seriously upset about what Victor Cruz said back in November when many of us thought we were also weak in certain areas on our team and especially on Defense, considering our lack of pass rush and injuries/suspensions in our secondary? He said we needed a "couple more pieces" to be contenders. Not even D Hall was mad about what Cruz said:
"Even though we beat them two out of the last three times, you still got to prove it. You've got to go out there and prove it. Even thought we've faced them and matched up well against them, we haven't matched up well against other teams in this league. I can't argue with him right now."
As it has been discussed ad nauseum in this thread -- it's not what he said so much as it was his owner that was primarily responsible for us missing those parts. Not to mention it feels so good that his Giants are on the outside looking in as we win the division despite Mara's knee-capping.
