    Just like a whistle is supposed to blow the play dead. The ref's can interpret the rule wrong and do what they see fit. Just ask Deangelo Williams. It would never work.

    about the same amount of time it takes the millions of viewers, opposition coaches and players to get annoyed with dumb coaches, or coaches exploiting the system to get his two cents in.

    Under previous rules, what was to stop coaches from trying to review every single play that could not even be reviewed, oh lets say to disrupt an offense on a roll?
