So much negativity. The defense has problems, but this is one of the best teams in football and we are playing them close. There is still another half of football to play.
The press asked a Redskins executive about the salary cap penalty and the executive responded, "Ask John Mara." So the press asked Mara and he said, “What they did was in violation of the spirit of the salary cap. "
Oh I see now, even though there was no actual salary cap in 2010 according to the CBA, the "spirit" of the salary cap still existed. Thanks for clearing that up Mara.
Its probably to much to hope that our Defense will come out and play better in the 2nd half. At the very least please get off the field on those 3rd and longs. Hopefully our Offense can get going a little better and score often.
If the recent rumors of Haslett keeping his job are true Shanahan's signing his own pink slip.
Hail
Highlight of the 1st half is coughlin after the delay of game.

All those deep passes that Eli barely missed in the first half? Say hello to TD completions in the 2nd half......UGH.

To all those we're so jinxed dolts, everything went the redskins way in the first half.. Challenge, the fumble and the giants were penalized a ton
When all that fortune falls your way, you must take advantage but that is impossible with the piss pour defense general shanny has cultivated
"The only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilized community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others. His own good is not sufficient warrant." --John Stuart Mill
"The rule of law is to be preferred to the rule of man. We do not permit a man to rule but the law because a man rules in his own interest, and becomes a tyrant but the function of a rule is to be the guardian of the justice and, if justice then of equality." --Aristotle
And just remembered that they get the ball back at the half.
This is why I defer. Giants O or our D now sets the tone for the rest of the game.
Hurts just thinking about it.
