I don't have madden 13 yet but I was curious as to what playbook they would have in it. If they had the real playbook it would be too fun but I hope they get it in madden 14.

I modified the Skins playbook in Madden 13 to include the pistol formation.

carolina has the pistol but only a few plays. whoever is playing you can easily figure out which side the read option is towards

You won't be able to find anything close to it in Madden. I'm sure the game developers will be working on it for '14. And even then they'll probably add a few plays. No one would be able to stop this offense online if you used the real playbook, or something similar. It wouldn't even be fair. That's probably why they won't use it.

I use Carolina's but the option stuff doesn't work because it requires your WRs to block.
The PA stuff is deadly tho.

I use the Texans because they have similar personnel (outside of RG3) and offense scheme

I use the Redskins playbook. You can run the read option successfully if you change your packages to include Garcon and Morgan in the slots or to the strong sides. Their run blocking is very good for WRs. The most effective way to use it is to sprinkle it in throughout the game and run play action from it as well. I do it all the time quite successfully online.

I use the Skins. I run the options and play action off the options. The option works if you read the DE correctly. You can't get 50 yds like in real life, but I've rattled off 20 yd runs on it. I see other plays the Skins run now. No, they don't have the pistol, and the runs out of the shotgun, other than the option and the QB draw are weak.
In one of my carreers as RG3, I got a new coach that ran the Saints playbook. No QB runs, but the passing plays had open WR, TE, and RBs all day.
