Man, somebody please show this to Drew Brees. I hope he lights them up on Sunday Night.

Gone, but not forgotten... RIP RP
Anytime the Giants get even remotely cocky they screw up big time and lose. Considering one more loss puts them in a very tenuous position with @Atl AND @Bal to go after NO, well, if I was a Giants fan I would be concerned.
Thing is, JPP also made it sound like they know they aren't playing their best football and need to play better, which is usually the attitude they take right before they blow past 3-4 opponents and make the playoffs.
I'm really hoping it's the former situation, and we win, and suddenly it's a race to the finish with us holding the tiebreakers and the easier schedule.
And if that happens I can root for the Seahawks to win instead of lose, and watch as hopefully the Giants end up missing the playoffs, their hopes dashed and broken, and us smiling that little smile we all get when vengeance and justice is dealt.

Lots of love for Robert from the Giants this year.
Do people even try to understand what others are trying to say any more? He's not putting Brees down or slighting him in any way. He's saying that the option is tougher mentally than going against a more traditional offense. Does anyone doubt this is the case for a defensive end? He's really just stating the obvious!

If he wasn't about to play Brees and the Saints, who have shredded them for over over 150 points in their last four meetings, I'd agree. But that's the problem, they have a history, and it's not favorable to the Giants. He's not entirely wrong, but it's kind of dumb to say, as it sounds very much like he's saying Brees is some average traditional QB, when Brees is an elite QB.
It'd be sort of like if Brady said playing the Giants was going to be much easier than playing Houston or something because NYG has a weaker defense. Yeah, it's true, the Giants have a weaker D (Houston is 2nd in yards and 4th in points compared to NYG's 22nd and 9th), but we all know how that ended in the two previous matchups of note.

Except that's not what he's saying. It has to be easier for a defensive end to only worry about the runningback on runs and fakes than both the QB and runningback. If you miss Brees on a play action, he's probably not far away. You miss RGIII on a fake and he might be halfway down the field by the time you realize it.
