Still could be out a bit, maybe a week or so, but with the medications around to numb stuff he could be playing vs. Cleveland!

I guess the tear is not a complete one. A sprain is a tear, but w/e.

He could...but I like knowing that he should have a chance to lead us again if we keep winning.
"Washington strolled to the NFC championship, outscoring their two playoff opponents by a combined total of 48 points. Their domination was more than impressive, it was historic. The 1991 Redskins boasted the largest average margin of victory among all Super Bowl champions."

If we can't beat Cleveland with or without Robert, we don't deserve to get into the playoffs. (Cue the 'Cleveland aren't a bad team' crowd. They are.).

    Hail.

I think we should start Cousins but make Griffin the active backup. See how things go and if we need an offensive spark, play RG3. I don't think there's any use in risking further damage if we can handle our business against the Browns without him.

If its close I'd like him to sit a week just in case. He's way too important to the team's future

I dont think a sprain is a tear. You might be thinking of a strain:

I just googled "how long does a knee sprain take to heal?"

I got answers saying 4-6 weeks.
