I've hyperextended an elbow twice. It was real sore and swollen and very stiff... took at least two weeks to get back to full range... Not sure how a knee is, or his knee for that matter.. I expect stiffness and lack of full motion... it's day-to-day at this point... stay off the leg and lots of ice...

Vinny Cerrato believes he gave Jim Zorn a roster that can make the playoffs. A playoff kicker doesn't miss that kick. A playoff safety doesn't bite multiple times by a double move in the same game.

they also could be saying sprain because that was what they said during the game and they don't want to be fined again by Mara's buddy Goodell. RG3's tweet makes me think it is going to be okay

    Hail.
Not saying I disagree, but I don't think we should be taking Cleveland too lightly either. They are on a winning streak.

The press asked a Redskins executive about the salary cap penalty and the executive responded, "Ask John Mara." So the press asked Mara and he said, “What they did was in violation of the spirit of the salary cap. "

Oh I see now, even though there was no actual salary cap in 2010 according to the CBA, the "spirit" of the salary cap still existed. Thanks for clearing that up Mara.

I have no problem with it. But when I saw a thread about his injury update I figured theyd merge

I must say that it was very fortunate that major damage was not sustained. Perhaps because the leg wasn't "trapped" when the "whipping" occurred is why RGIII came out with less damage.

leaving it here for appropriate reasons...
"Captain, it's a viewpoint--not one of ours! We're under attack!"

"I see it, ensign! Engage amygdala! Transfer all power from frontal lobes!

Suspend critical thinking field! Go to course heading of reflexive response 101 at full bias!
    Now!'Enter' at will!"

And definitely not A) with RG3 injured, and B) knowing they have no real margin for error. Under the circumstances, they can't afford to take anything for granted.

Adrian Peterson. If he can come off an ACL/MCL tear from last season and then in the following year lead the league by MILES with 1,600 yards (avg. 6 per carry) at age 27 when his job entails nothing else but running, I have some hope that RG3 can come back from this injury if he gets the proper rehab.
