I hope it's not severe. I wouldn't rush him back tho. Not sure we can still lose a game and make the playoffs, but if it works out that way, the game to lose is probably next week (out of conference).

Also, I don't blame Ngata...if the opposing QB is gonna run, then the idea in football is to drill him. He's just doing what Def are taught.

RG3 does need to learn the baseball slide. In my day, you had that perfected by 3rd grade...but then we didn't have video games back then !

Oh, he's dirty. How much in relation to, say, Suh is another question. But the refs are missing obvious late hits, attempts to make head contact, etc and then they cal that LAME personal foul on Hall today, what a joke.

It's like it's open season on Redskins, including forearms to helmets too. They are missing 6-7 for every one they get.

I'm sorry, it's at the point where other teams need to feel the pain of their dirty play. You want to give a good clean hit, fine. Hell, even a shove or something after the play but this deliberate headhunting in an era where concussions are known to have such ill-effects..well, don't be surprised if you get chop blocked.

Would people stop with the damn slide stuff?! Look at the play, if he slides he's setting himself up for a blast to the head. Hell, it seems to me that is what Ngata was INITIALLY aiming at. He may have saved his brain another jarring blow.

Sliding is also dangerous because there's a chance you jam your leg/foot into the turf and injure yourself. Sliding is when the coast is clear. Falling backwards or forwards or half-sliding is better when there is traffic because you CANNOT TRUST defenders. You guys should have seen that with the Atlanta game. That was a cheap shot as I recently proved and was done with the aim of hitting him in the head.

I know it was hyper-extended... man his leg was close to breaking possibly at the femur. He has to quit playing with such abandon when the play is over. SLIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone heals different so He is going to be day to day. It's hard to see RG playing against the Browns but it could happen..more than likely it will be at least 2 weeks.

A sprain is a slight tear. A strain in the same thing, just not to a ligament. If it's a ligament, it's a sprain. Muscle = strain.

It was a freak accident type of play. Griffin dove and his leg was randomly up in the air and got hit. It's really not about him sliding or not sliding
