He had a few limps after throws, but another three days of treatments should help... I wonder how his explosion will be?

I suspect the Shanahans will call more plays to make him more a pocket passer and less a runner against the browns. But, hey, if he feels his knee is fine, I wouldn't be averse to a few scrambles for 20 to 40 yards on the ground.

i think heres the question.. if he starts, and we're up say 2-3 scores at halftime. and his knee is fine, do you put in kirk to give his knee more rest or do you let him get the experience?

ikr, back in the summer, my friend andy (big giants fan) was like "dude, u know ur redskins aren't goin anywhere this season. ur team has a rookie QB and an offensive line that was bad last year. my team has jpp, elite (his name for eli manning), bradshaw, and others". and then after the cowboys vs redskins game, he was like "good win, but u guys are still going nowhere". then the day of the MNF game when i wore my redskins shirt and shorts, he was like "dude...i do not understand how u can still have confidence that ur team is going to win against the giants". later that night when we were down by 3, he said "dude, u know ur season is over just admit it". then the day of the game against the ravens, he was like "u know ur season is over if ur skins lose to the ravens, which they will". and today he said to me "dude, RG3 is out for the rest of the season, that was a big hit. ur season is over". god he pisses me off sometimes...

Sounds like the typical Skins/Griff Hater. I have folks in my office making the same stupid comments, but inside they are saying "Oh my god, we cant wipe our feet on the Redskins anymore...our teams are aging and they are just getting started"

ASHBURN, Va. -- Robert Griffin III's knee is looking better.

The Washington Redskins rookie was back at practice Thursday, dealing with the effects of a sprained right knee as the team prepares for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns.

Griffin stretched and made some basic throws during the 20 minutes that the practice was open to reporters. He was still favoring his right leg somewhat, but he was able to plant and throw more smoothly than he did during Wednesday's practice.

At one point, Griffin pantomimed taking snaps to the side while backups Kirk Cousins and Rex Grossman ran a drill.

This game sunday will be very tight, one score, one way or the other. Cleveland's defense is underrated....
