Seattle, Minnesota, Chicago, and Dallas are all ahead of NY

Seattle, yes; they are in sole control of the 5th seed. Minnesota, Chicago, Washington, NYG, & Dallas are all tied at 8-6. If the NYG win out, they'll be 10-6 and have a better conference record than Chicago or Minny (regardless of how they fare in the final 2 weeks). Us & Dallas play each other in week 17, so the winner of that game will win the division (assuming both teams win their week 16 games) and the loser will have an overall record of 9-7 or worse, assuming no games result in ties.

Q: What do you call a drug ring in Dallas?
A: A huddle!
I want to check this out for sure, but I believe if the Giants lose, and the Seahawks, Cowboys and Redskins win, then the Giants are eliminated from playoff contention.
Also, **** Mara. His ****ty employees patronized me when I got kicked out of Metlife this season for clapping for my team. The ******* Giants fans had no problem giving me **** all day, but the second we took the lead they complain to security and have me thrown out? **** that.
I will never set foot in that stadium ever again, except for next February, when the Redskins win the Super Bowl in their building. Nothing would be better......
Yeah, it looks like if the Giants can get past the Ravens this Sunday with a win, they've clinched at least a wild card. There's no way Philly's going to beat them. The Giants will beat out Minnesota and Chicago (even if both go 10-6) by conference wins. This is why I hope both the Skins and Dallas win this Sunday. One of us may not get a WC, but at least one us will win the division. Your biggest game this year is against the Ravens.
________
Yep, that's why we're going to be HUGE Ravens fans this Sunday. At least for us if that (Ravens win) happens, I doubt Minnesota can beat both the Texans and GB. I believe the Bears have a better chance of beating both Arizona and Detroit... but hoping they fall to at least one of them.
________
They can definitely control what size U Haul truck they plan on putting all their stuff in next week in preparation for that long, hard offseason.
So, are the Giants out of the playoffs now? I guess unless everyone loses next week...
They are still in the running. But they can't win the division now, and they don't control their own fate.
