Ok folks, heres my plan....
I have 4 tickets, will probably be 6 of us coming. I plan on setting up the tent, generator, heater, TV, and two of us will be sitting out in the TG for the game to watch it from there, and keep an eye on stuff if you dont want to tear it down. If someone has one of those digital antennas we could borrow, I have the HD TV.
The forecast looks grim, so I will probably be bringing cinderblocks and stakes to hold the 15 x 10 down!
As far as food, dunno yet....still prepping for Christmas dinner, will start planning on Wed!
HTTR, and Merry Christmas to all!
The McPhersons
For those of us who are not fortunate enough to get tickets into the stadium but would love to be a part of the festivities is there a group or anyone that comes to the tailgate and then watches the game on a T.V. screen in the lot or close by?
Just a recent response on this...more info would still be able from others.

Hail to the Redskins!
FedEx Field and the team owned lots are private property; you are "technically" not supposed to be there if you do not have a game ticket and are not working. However, I have never seen this enforced and cannot imagine there would be trouble unless you were extremely intoxicated or trying to sell things. I think it is more a rule to decrease the team's liability (not a good idea to let people to drink for 8 hours in a parking lot and drive home) and allow them to police the small bad element that these large events attract (hustlers, dishonest scalpers, etc.).
I have seen several groups of people that watch the game from the team owned lots via TV in the worst weather. The numbers vary from game to game but there are several diehards that always do it. I've seen awesome setups: generators, tents, 70 inch TV's, Direct TV, the works. Everyone is extremely welcoming! You definitely would not be alone and it will no doubt be a tremendous atmosphere.

Surgery tomorrow for my ankle and broken leg. Was going to go anyways but my doctor is forbidding it. My friend Chris will be there though with my tickets. I think he will be bringing a Redskins Cornhole set instead of the usual beer pong table. Anyways have fun everyone and let's get a win! I'm still trying to go to more games this year if ya know what I mean!
So I have good news and bad news. Good news is it looks like I'll be going to the game. Bad news is, for those of you that knew her, Old Faithful is gone. She was on her last legs, getting kind of rickety, and well...it was just time. I haven't been able to bring myself to replace her yet. I'll probably just wind up bringing booze for the bar (let me know TLC) and some kind of snack food, much as it pains me to do so.
