The forecast calls for breezy conditions during the day, so if you're bringing a canopy, strap it down.
As many can attest, I'm speaking from experience...[COLOR="Gold"]

I apologize to everyone I am not bringing the wings... This will be the first tailgate in 7-8 years that I have not cooked up something for the masses.
Unfortunately the clan of the lady hogs has requested that I be at their tailgate in the beginning for the first couple hours.
Like I said, I will be back around 5:30-5:45 with a couple of hogettes in tow for the Chili Cookoff and the Romo burning.
I found a ticket for this game in the classifieds here on extremeskins. I am beyond pumped for this game!!!!
This will be my first tailgate with you guys. I am riding in on the Metro and can pretty much only
bring booze. I plan on bringing a bottle of segrams 7 (1.75 Ltr) and a bottle of blackberry
brandy (to keep us warm). Is there something else you need? I will bring little plastic shot type glasses if I can find them. I see by the list
you still need plastic forks, spoons and knives. I will bring a couple of boxes of those as well. If you could give me some insite on what to do
when I first get there, that would be great!! Go Skins!!!
Either way works, or as an option you can just drop stuff where it seems it belongs and have fun!
Will be making a crab dip and bringing chips. I'll add soda and water to our cooler of beer as well
I'd like to enter the chili cookoff with my original recipe. This will be the first time I've attended an Extremeskins tailgate.
My wife and I park across the beltway so we can only carry so much. I guess we'll have to use Sterno to heat the chili. We will also bring some brat patties, buns and some beer.
Looking forward to it! Hail!
Edit: Dallas sucks!

- Cherry Cobbler
- Honey Cornbread
- Jalapeno Cornbread
- 12 pack Pepsi Max
- Grand Marnier Cherry
- Jello Shooters
*depending on the outcome of the chili I may be in for another go at the title*
Getting ready to start smoking this 14lbs shoulder! I'll bring it in an aluminum container (like you'd cook a turkey in for thanksgiving) to make it easier to serve... but I may need to use someones grill to warm it back up.
I wasn't able to score a parking pass so I will basically be walking from a cash lot... and I'm not pushing a grill, lol.
My dad loves to cook so it looks like a restaurant supply house in the basement. I am going to bring some of his chafing dishes to keep the food hot. He also has plates and cutlery left over from Christmas (cooks don't do dishes) so I will have plenty of that as well. Meatballs are cooking and cookies will go in the oven next.
See ya tomorrow
