I'm not a conspiracy theorist and I don't think Mara is behind everything. Doesn't hurt my feelings that he's the rallying cry though.
However, the timing of all of these instances is incredibly odd. And if the league is retroactively punishing Black for a prescription med he's been on for this long then this it looks even more suspicious.
Snyder not being liked by other owners seems plausible.

Some may say its just a game. But it's about heroes and tribes, loyalty and devotion. It's our commitment and our passion, our battle and our belief.

That's because Giants players have an ordnance b/c their contract is own by Mara...
No one in a safe mind would accept that.
Anyway, as someone said it, Blame Mara for everything. I'm pretty sure that End of the World theory is directly his fault to prevent us from having more SB than him.
RG3 does not stand for Rex Grossman 3rd year as a Redskins starting QB.
Someone in this whole thing is not telling the truth. It just doesn't add up.
I am not all that upset that he was even a Redskin, his contribution has been minor - but I feel for the guy - On the brink of retirement a decent career something to tell the grand kids about - and then being labelled a drugs cheat throughout the media - and all because some pencil pusher messed up the paperwork ..
So, how does the appeals process work in the NFL? And why is it(as someone asked earlier), that the Hawk's DB's get to roll on playing weeks after news of their violations, while our guys get iced.
I know there is mad speculation about Effen-Mara and his reach, but does he have access to any portion of the appeals process due to his chair on the rules committee?
Hail
This whole "blame Mara!" thing is ridiculous. Will Hill and Tyler Sash of the Giants were both suspended this year for Adderall. Does everyone think Mara was behind that too just to set us up for later in the season? Sacrificed his own players on the off chance we could take down our backup OT?
There is no "timing" of this. The failed drug test would have been weeks or months ago if the appeals process has ended. Did Mara know that Polumbus would be getting a concussion this past week?
Some people here need to seriously use some common sense before jumping to conclusions. Are the Adderall/PED rules a bit ridiculous? Yes, they are. Was this a conspiracy to sabotage our team? No, it was not.
Poor LaxPunk telling US to use common sense. Mara paid you to defend him. Didn't he? Death to Mara!

Agree w/ Lax. These conspiracy theories are quackery at best.
If anything, if you're going to criticize the league, criticize all of the bureaucratic drones in the league office now. To me, that's the issue--the league is run by people who aren't very bright and rely on endless obscure rules and regulations. Goodell is like the professor who reads out of a textbook.

Only dead fishes follow the stream. "Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned, and the last fish has been caught, we will realize that we can't eat money."
To add fuel to the fire about the Mara conspiracy here is where he could have gotten the idea for all this
