Someone in my tailgate group mentioned that the opening of the lots has been moved up to 1500/3pm. I have not seen anything here so does anyone know if this is fact or fiction?

That wouldn't be unprecedented, as we've had a couple of games this year where they opened the lots around 20 minutes, or so, before the "official" opening time.
