IMO the reason why tickets were so high last week was b/c it was Dallas week. Seahawk fans wont be making the trip for this game so to see tickets so high for this game is kind of funny to me. I think by Sunday you should be able to get tickets pretty close to FV. Could be wrong...but JMO
i think people will be able to find uppers for around face. lower level seats will be a different story. ive seen club seats pretty high as well.
This is the key. If you're buying tickets directly from the Redskins, you can expect to pay face value, but if you're buying on the secondary market, face value is meaningless. I say this as a seller who's getting the bad end of that deal in 9/10 games. I sold my tickets to the Cowboys game at about 1.5x face value, and I sold my playoff tickets for over 2x face value. I don't feel I took advantage of the buyer anymore than I feel that buyers are taking advantage of me when they're paying 20% of face value for preseason games. I'd be OK with selling all of my tickets for face value, or I'd be OK with selling all of my tickets at market value. What I'm not OK with is selling my undesirable tickets at market value, and then being limited to face value on the big games. Pick which way you want to do it and let's keep it consistent. When I start getting face value for preseason games I promise to sell my Cowboys and playoff tickets for face as well.
I'll leave it up to the moderators to figure out the rules, mostly because I don't see any good way to do it that I could recommend. I would like to be able to sell more tickets here though, and I'd be willing to do it at ~75% of market value just to be sure they're going to another fan.
