    Wow, it's crazy how the last two times we've made the playoffs, three coming up, we play Seattle. It's time to get revenge on them for the times they knocked us out. This time, we are on our turf.

    I cannot wait for this game. It's going to be tough but I think these guys have the ability to win. Just run the ball, no turnovers and keep Lynch and Wilson somewhat contained. Plus home field, I'm so excited.

    Make no mistake about it, Seattle is a very good football team.

    I think we have a good chance because we get them at home, but let's not sell them short. Take a look at what they have done this month and you will not take them lightly.

    Winning this one would be especially sweet because of 2005 and 2007, and we have stepped up big in such cases this year, but this is far from a sure thing. I believe we can, I even believe we will, but I'm not betting too much on it.

    Oh I see now, even though there was no actual salary cap in 2010 according to the CBA, the "spirit" of the salary cap still existed. Thanks for clearing that up Mara.

    worst fans in the nfl. complain about everything. still bitter about calls from super bowl xl. most believe that blown call against packers was actually correct. they feel disrespected about russell wilson. they better be scared of our team..but they also have a great team that, is dirty as hell, but screw them
