probably because of two reasons. 1) torn pectoral and torn tricep are two completely different injuries and 2) orakpos injury was a re injury of the pec that had just been repaired from a tear.

I don't know how to interpret this statement, but I would say that perhaps Ray has fallen off the God wagon a few times, only to get back on it. Which is what you're supposed to do.
