So freaking what? EVERY player wants to be out there. It's the coach's decision.

He might have ruined the franchise players career in an attempt to win a single playoff game, which he ultimately failed to do. When he finally puts Cousins in, it's too late & the kid had to run no huddle, something he barely runs even in practice.

Horrible coaching by a horrible coach. Fire this bum.
The Dr Andrews thing is an unknown and will sort itself out... or it won't. Either way this is hardly enough to fire Shanahan. He deserves to get a ton of **** for it though. Playoff games don't come easily to the Redskins and Shanahan didn't have the stones to bench Cpt. Popularity when it became apparent that he needed to and gave away a game far too easily.

RGIII was probably asked and he probably said....Im OK....I am sure Shanahan asked him.....I will say it....if that is the case RGIII didnt play like a team player....lets see what happened...problem is RGIII always says he is ok when he isnt really...we all love the guy but he needs to get rid of the hero routine

RG3 doesn't stand a chance with Shanahan making decisions.

It was a great season and contrary to popular belief we got there as a team and NOT solely on the shoulders of RGIII, he should have been pulled at halftime and let kirk take over. Hindsight is 20/20 but anyone watching the game could obviously see that RGIII needed to be protected from himself and MS made the wrong call to leave him in. Abandoning the run was also a huge mistake.

Shanahan is gonna get blasted for this.....very stupid move on his part.

My 10 year old niece was asking why he's still out there as he wobbled and limped in and out of every huddle.

Nonetheless, good season .. can't wait to make some MAJOR moves in the secondary..we should cut #41 tonight
