Robert Griffin III (ACL, LCL surgery) says "no doubt" he'll be ready for Week 1.Griffin says his knee feels good, and he's been walking without crutches for more than a week. Those that have seen him down in New Orleans for the Super Bowl say that RGIII is also walking without a limp. Owner Dan Snyder said RGIII's recovery has been "very impressive." With the Redskins getting daily updates from Griffin, we should be able to track his recovery rather closely throughout the spring and summer.Source:*Rich Campbell on Twitter

Sorry but after the last month of the season (post Baltimore), I don't believe a word he says. He's the man and all (HTTR), but they clearly were lying about the condition of his knee ("the brace causes me to limp"). I mean what do you expect him to say: "my knee is messed up, not sure if I will be ready by Sept." Not trying to rain on anyone's parade, but I'll believe it when I see him moving like be moved pre-Baltimore.

He was moving pretty smoothly, I thought. One hint of a limp... I was looking closely.

Definitely had a brace on but moved pretty smoothly all things considered. Doesn't mean anything but in my mind I'll take it as a good sign.

It's somewhere in the FA thread, but it was mentioned about a week ago that Freddy D and Chase Minnifield will be ready for training camp.

Great news about Robert. I haven't been this happy since we beat Dallas.
