How is RGIII?

Although I am heartbroken as a fan, I am of a different mind about what this will bring. I think Rg3 is hard headed. brash and cocky. Pride got him hurt and Pride is the worst thing to have. Now he understands the power of NFL defenses and not to take it into the teeth of the defense. When he does recover 100 % and he will, I think we will see someone who does not run the ball into the garbage disposal that is the defensive backfield, on foot, and only take it to the sidelines unless he sees nothing but daylight. More of an Aaron Rodgers and less of a Michael Vick. This will be good for his career. This time away will get the press off his back and allow him to become an even better student of the NFL game. I can imagine him, one leg elevated, digesting hundreds of hours of game film and evolving into the greatest QB ever. Once he loses a bit of his pride and gains a little more perspective, then this will be a super bowl team.

Seriously? He hurts his knee on a freak play... Re-injures it on a routine tackle... and possibly really injures it reaching down for a bad snap... And he has pride problems?

Yea old ACL injury masking this? That just bull ****... he had an MRI a few weeks ago and they were damn sure it wasn't an ACL...
So did they not see this masking then, and see this masking now?

Umm... he didn't have to go to Birmingham after his LCL injury. This is not encouraging to me. It sounds like they are pretty sure he tore his ACL and they are doing a routine follow up before they drop the bomb on us.

The good news is RG3 is fine as a person, which is ultimately the best news.
