You build from the inside out.
Offensive line, defensive line could both use upgrades or at least depth.
Then we need huge help at safety, and a little help at CB.
That's really all I got. Obviously I've been saying for a couple years now we need to find Fletcher's replacement eventually.
Eli Manning will be 31 years old when the 2012 season starts.Michael Vick will be 32 years old when the 2012 season starts.Tony Romo will be 32 years old when the 2012 season starts.ROBERT GRIFFIN III will be 22 years old when the 2012 season starts.
Starting to think we need another WR. Didn't want to admit it before, but...just don't have much faith in Hank or Robinson. I love Morgan, but he's a possession guy. We need another consistently explosive WR.

Would really like a change of pace back. Maybe Helu can be that guy. TE is a ? Will Davis come back and for how much. Would like to add another WR. If we could get a guy like Fitz or Wallace it would do wonders for our O. And help in the transition away from the zone read (which i hope we do). Hopefully some of the guys we drafted last season for the line cab get some PT.
For the D:
Still think we need a BIG NT. Barry is good but for this D to take the next step we need someone better. Would LL come back here? IDK, he's an upgrade but how much. Obv. we need to figure out whats going on with Merri and Jackson can they be our starters next season? Im not like others who think our DB are terrible. I think adding a DB would help but no pressure on the Q is whats killing us. Yesterday we were killed on plays where the Blitz didn't get there and Wilson had too much time. That and it seemed like our LB's blew some coverages.
Definitely another safety -- I'd expect Byrd to be franchised so decent options might be Glover Quinn or William Moore.
Another corner -- Cromartie, Grimes, Cox
Maybe another WR -- Wallace is intriguing but is likely too expensive. Ditto Jennings. Amendola from the Rams might not cost too much coming off of an injry.
As for the draft, its a deep draft for safety and its easier IMO to find a RT at a reasonable cost versus free agency.
Upgrade the C position or experiment with Lerib there.
I want the peace of God in my life.

Bingo! Madieu Williams & Tyler Polumbus were the biggest liabilities on both sides of the ball. While Madieu was worse, we need to give priority to better protecting Griffin. And the second round is good value-spot for the top of the right-tackle class who can come in and compete at the right-tackle spot right away. Have no problem with Polumbus as a quality backup, but Madieu is actually hurting the rest of the secondary and defense.

I agree with that 100%. We need a quality complimentary size guy to compliment our speed-demons Garcon & Moss. Hankerson is the one here who was hopefully to fit into that role. But I'm with you on Hankerson - he has hands of lead, and despite being the largest of our wide-receivers plays the most timidly. The need for a size receiver has also been made worse because we lost our top tight-end Fred Davis, who was the best pass catcher of the tight-end group. It really was amazing how great Griffin did without his top size-receiver/tight-end for the entire season and without his top speed-receiver for half the season. A return of Fred Davis and the addition of a bonafide size wide-receiver would do wonders for Griffin.
Someone in the mold of Larry Fitzgerald, although I would discourage talk of a trade seen here in this thread. With the success of the youth movement we have going I would like to see management avoid paying over-the-top premiums for 30 year old players, who have played their best years already for someone else. Draft for the younger, cheaper, undiscovered talent.

A right tackle, a good WR, and maybe a backup in Fromo's mold.
EVERYTHING else on defense.

Dezmon Briscoe is our biggest WR but after a v.good pre-season, he just flat out disappeared. Hankerson is just too inconsistent and lazy to start on this team. Snyder needs to dig a little deeper into his pockets and get a quality WR who has the potential to catch 50-80 balls/year. I love Garcon but he seems to be a little brittle for me. Moss is aged and is on his last legs. Morgan is a possession receiver and has been okay this year. Besides that, I don't see any other people raising their hands. Robinson seems to be a one-trick pony but maybe I am having a knee-jerk reaction to his play so far.
Of primary concern for this team is a LB who is able to cover TE's on a regular basis.
Here's what TE's did to us this year: receptions/yards tds
NO: 6-85 1td
Stl 4-39 1td
Cincy: 5-64 1td
Atl: 13-123 1td
Pitt: 4-46 1td
Car: 5-48
Philly: 5-42
Dal 9-74
NYG: 5-82 1td
Bal 5-46 1td
Dal 7-56 1td
And yesterday. Big 3rd downs were converted by the TE's on Seattle.
What're you cackling at, fatty? Too much pie, that's your problem!

1. A QB.
...I kid. We need another deep threat, some O-line, but more importantly A SECONDARY THAT DOESN'T GET TORCHED.
