    2. Tough, durable and quick back-up RB needed. We have Royster and Helu as back-ups BUT they can't stay healthy enough.

    3. TE is a bother. Davis will be back but will he be anywhere near 100%? Paulsen and/or Paul are not the answer. Sadly, #47 days are done and over with. Stick a fork in him.

    4. A strong and effective pass rusher. Orakpo is nice but clearly we need more pass rushers who can be consistent.

    5. Defensive backfield needs major help. Need overhaul at CB. A safety or two is sorely needed.
I think Aldrick Robinson needs to be used more. I think one of the reasons he was not used as much is it seems like he gets confused on where to lineup or routes to run at times. But there is no reason, at least in my opinion, why he is not in more. The guys a runner, and he creates tons of separation. I think our WR core is ok, actually.
I think first thing we need is a RT, then CB, or CB then RT. But thats our 2 big needs. We need to spend some $$ in FA and get a lock down FA. Id love to have Revis if he leaves, but we probably dont have that kind of money. Wouldnt mind Byrd from the Bills or even Asomaough from the Eagles (not sure if thats spelled correctly), he may come at a discount because hes had a couple bad seasons.

Frustrating that we are in year four of Shanahan and we still have so many holes. $18 million hurt us bad. That is a few starters for a year. Stinks we have to deal with it again this year.

Please stop rubbing salt in my wound !!!!! I live in Houston and he is on tv all the time. Damn, we needed a guy like that. But yea, we need supporting cast for Garcon cause Cankerson and company are not the answer. Moss had some big plays, love that dude, one of the few who came to play in our wr corps.

    1. Focus on D should be our primary concern. To start off, SECONDARY. We need safeties. We never saw Jackson or Merriweather this season and instead pretty much used back ups this past year. We need 2 starter quality safeties that can stay healthy and stay off the juice.

    2. Keep Josh Wilson and find someone to man the other side. Keep D'Hall (renego his contract) and put him on the slot (3rd) corner.

    3. I'm probably in the minority but trade Orakpo for a high draft pick and give the job to Rob Jackson. I think he earned it over the past several games.

    4. With the savings and draft pick from Orakpo, find a pass rushing DE.

    5. Find a TE covering capable ILB. We are always good for a ripping by the TE against us.

    6. Find a pass catching TE. Love Davis but he can't stay healthy and their always the cloud of will he hit the pipe again.

    7. RT Polumo (sp) did a great job this year but the position could be upgraded as he was the weak link.

    8. A fast stretch the field type WR that will strike some fear in opposing Ds. A DeSean Jackson type without the attitude.

I don't think this team is that far off. We need some pieces, mainly on D.

    My list:

    1. FS - Need help over the top
    2. RT - Polumbus is a very good back up, but not a starter
    3. CB - Obvious
    4. RG - We need to shore up our right side badly
    5. WR - balance would be nice
    6. DE
    7. RB - Helu might negate the need for this... we'll see

This coming year, we need to do the best we can at quality starter level even if it means we don't make many moves.

    Hail.
Will have cap room in 2014 but won't have a first rounder.

    2. RT
    3. CB
    4. Scat Back

Once we address these needs, we need to bring in players who can compete for a spot on the roster. Whether starter or depth. If we can, we upgrade any position, but the 4 listed are the needs IMO.

Is this Casey Casem? Cause I swear this song should've been number one. A pass rush wouldn't hurt. I know we get Rak back, but Kerrigan was very dissapointing this year. We may need to get someone to challenge him.

I think we are fine at WR. Maybe a size guy if he can be had for cheap.

Also, remember who we have on IR. There is a lot of talent there.

We could use some more talent on D, Haz had to work wonders with the scheme. But the D played good overall. Definitely a wr who isn't afraid to catch the ball over the middle. A RT will do wonders for our squad. We don't need that many spare parts to get us going. We just need parts that produce.

Our biggest need is undebatable. Absolutely undebatable. We need an upgrade at RIGHT TACKLE!!! Right Tackle has to be our top priority, no question.

Outside of Right Tackle we need upgrades at CB and TE. If Fletcher retires, then MLB will jump up the list, too.

Our upgrade at safety may already be on the roster (Merriweather & Jackson). We may also have an upgrade at CB depth, too (Minnifield).

    In this order:

    CB
    FS
ILB (I can't believe nobody has mentioned a replacement for Fletcher yet. He may retire this offseason)
    RT
    NT
