This doesn't really surprise me. If I was the owner I'd do the same thing.
the way I see it is if tomorrow's meeting was of no consequence because they pretty much knew the extent of the injury, Dan would not go.
I think he's an impatient man who wants the answer right away.
So maybe tomorrow could reveal some good news or at least some legitimate information and not just confirm something the powers that be already know.
WP is reporting ACL/LCL. Info is in the "How is RG3" thread.
Sounding more and more like ACL situation similar to AP's, as far as timetable I guess. Would be considered crazy comeback story 'ala AP if he's starting week 1, etc.
So it's not good. The dude's 22 years old though, that is good. Was going to be a long offseason anyway, as usual. We can still be excited about the future, still have our franchise QB.

I don't see a problem with this.
RGIII is the face of the franchise, Dan has been known to take good care of his players; he's worried like all of us.
"It was like he was Jason on 'Friday the 13th' -- man just wouldn't go down," - Honolulu bar patron on Trent Williams being tasered and smashed over the head with a champagne bottle.
And btw people, Danny has nothing to do with it. The point is, if you're flying to see Dr Andrews, you're probably really hurt, aka surgery.

So is the decision whether to have complete rehabilitative surgery or try do do something less that wouldn't require him to miss so much time?
