Excellent stat and, really, the one that matters most since it takes into account injuries and time off the field.
I, along with few others here, have been screaming since the preseason that Garcon is a legit no. 1 WR. For some odd reason, a lot of fans around here act as if we've seen a guy come in here and light it up in training camp, then apply that to preseason, then within the first two drives of the first game of the season go for over 100 yards and a TD, then come back from his injury and play like a no. 1 WR the rest of the way. Yes, that's been totally normal for us Skins fans to see nothing stop a WR from putting up numbers except injury.
That's why I have a mini heart attack everytime I see someone on here say "we still need that no. 1 WR, though". No, we don't.

I don't think we need to decide on anything. Griff can run a conventional WCO, but he can also do so much more. Our base offense is based in that WCO, we can just expand it with Griff. That's why I think we didn't lose much of anything with Cousins. We still ran our base O, we just couldn't do the extra stuff.

shouldn't be too hard considering a lot of teams run spread type O's, find the teams scout the qbs whoever is the best of bunch invite as udfa. If he works out stash him develop him if not cut repeat process...

NFL - LATE NIGHT FREE AGENCY BUZZ: BROWNS-FALCONS-BRONCOS-BEARS
Mar 10, 12:03AM
The rumor mill is heating up, so you know IBN has that fire before you call it a night...
Major battle going on right now for RB - Steven Jackson between the Broncos & Falcons, both teams have made significant progress with the former All-Pro Rams RB --- IBN gets word tonight that the Broncos could wrap this deal up tmrw or Monday. Two teams that would like to jump in are the Packers & Jets but as of now they haven't made any noise yet. Seems Steven Jackson knew exactly what he was doing when he voided his deal, dude is about to get paid!
Cleveland Browns - Colts - Falcons making big pushes for LB - Paul Kruger he's a very hot name and at this time those are early favs (Very early) the Browns also are "Intrigued" with the possibility of making a run at recently released LB -James Harrison so expect them to get that pass rushing LB they crave this off-season.
Bears are all over Jake Long and they have made an early offer to the big OL
Bills seem to be focused on two Wr's (Jennings & Edelman) they have made contact with the camps of both guys, Buffalo still focused on LaRon Landry even though his price seems a bit high at this time. Source also tells IBN that Buffalo will draft Geno Smith if he is on the board when they pick.
NY Jets.... crickets

Have we signed Eddie Royal yet?
I know what you're saying, and if it were me picking, I'd choose someone who is more drop back than mobile. That way, we can try to flip Cousins next offseason for a pick or two, and still have someone in that mold. I would probably go after a QB like RG3 in UDFA and stash him on the PS for a year to see how he develops.

Now that we've signed Paulsen, Young, Jackson, and Lichty.....is our cap situation better, worse or the same? Is there any way of knowing?
