Got another one for ya fellas'. Lets bring some Redskins household name back... You want a dual-threat QB? Clinton Portis's cousin...
JOSH PORTIS - 6'4, 217
Josh Portis (born July 14, 1987) is an American football quarterback formerly on the practice squad of the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League. He was signed by the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in 2011. He was highly touted as one of the nation's top dual-threat quarterback prospects out of high school. Portis attended the University of Florida for one season and then transferred to the University of Maryland. In 2009, he transferred again to Division II California University of Pennsylvania, where he set school records with 3,421 passing yards, 36 touchdowns and 3,870 total offensive yards.
Portis was signed by the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent following the 2011 NFL Draft on July 26, 2011. He made the Seahawks roster on September 3 behind starter Tarvaris Jackson. On August 11, 2011, against the Chargers, he went 5 for 6 for 69 yards and 1 TD in a preseason win. Portis was cut by the Seahawks on August 31, 2012 and signed to their practice squad on September 1, 2012 [18] .

Seahawks coaches were generally high on Portis since he joined the team as an undrafted free agent in 2011.
Pete Carroll even claimed that he would have been a 4th round pick had he been in the 2012 draft class.
Because of the 3-way QB competition that did not include Portis during training camp, he received almost no reps in practice, and did not play in the preseason until week 3. He then proceeded to play poorly in his limited time on the field, presumably because of his lack of practice time.
WR Phil Bates was brought back to the practice squad in his place.
Portis will likely be back. The Seahawks churn the practice squad quite liberally, choosing to use it to help the scout team show specific matchup issues. Portis’s main contribution at the Seahawks over the last 2 seasons have been to help the defense prepare for playing against highly mobile QBs. With the Seahawks taking on Jay cutler and Bears this week, this wasn’t
