If they get him long term now the Redskins are more in a position of power in content and structure within the contract. I agree with your approach, but this is perfect. Like the Fred Davis deal this year, what sucks with an injury makes up for itself with a good recovery and a reasonable/fair contract.

He is a really good dude. He went to High School with my cousin (in Ashburn no less, as you said). But if he couldn't catch on with the Bills, who started Chad Rinehardt a couple of games over the last few seasons, we should have no interest in him.
