RJax is going NOWHERE this year. he will be tendered and at a level no one will pay. He's ours for one more year at least.
We work together and your name is Richard and I call you Dick and you hate it. You ask me to stop. I refuse, so you go to HR and they say "well he has been calling you Dick for several months so we think you set the precedence, sorry". Frustrated you ask me again." Hey man stop calling me Dick" I say "Sorry Dick, it's tradition, HR said so" Well in that scenario there is only one dick and it aint Richard. Why be that guy?
Barry Cofield is LEGIT... no more nonsense about we need a "real" NT... HE IS THE REAL DEAL!!!! He goes to the Pro Bowl this year, book it!!!
There are only 3 leves of tender. 1st round pick which woud cost $2.88M, 2nd round $2.02M and original round (i.e the pick you used to draft the player which was the 7th round for Jackson) at $1.33M.
There is no point giving him the original round tender so it would have to be the first or second - almost certainly the 2nd. Whether we will have the cap space to do that is actually questionable ....

Agreed. See above!
For those talking about Robinson replacing Fletcher...
I think we're looking at it wrong.Riley replaces Fletcher. Robinson replaces Riley. It may be a step down from this year's level of play...but I'd say it's relatively similar to a year ago with Keenan starting fresh and Fletcher being the vet. Riley's been improving and impressing and while I don't think he's on Fletcher's level, I don't think he's a big downgrade from an (understandably) perpetually dinged up Fletcher. Meanwhile I think Robinson shows a lot like Riley in the notion that he has a lot of potential and the seeming football IQ to reach it quick when given the chance.
Rotoworld posted a new artcle titled "Free Agency Fits." They supposedly took in team needs, cap room, and available players and divied the players to respective teams.
Redskins: Right tackle Ryan Harris – Tyler Polumbus is a free agent and wasn’t very good. Washington doesn’t have an heir apparent at the position. Harris filled in admirably in Houston’s zone-blocking scheme last season as a spot starter, and he’d be a nice, cheap fit for basically the same offense with the Redskins. He was a third-round pick by Mike Shanahan’s Broncos in 2007.

Gosder Cherilus - T - Lions ESPN NFC North blogger Kevin Seifert expects the Lions to "move on" from free agent RT Gosder Cherilus.
As does the Detroit Free Press. Cherilus is going on 29, and recovering from another knee procedure. The Lions have three potential replacements in Riley Reiff, Jason Fox and Corey Hilliard. Coming off a strong season, Cherilus will draw interest on the open market.

Here is an article of the top free agent busts. I figured this would be a good place to put it since we're talking about the offseason. Sadly we are listed on there more than once. In fact, the top free agent bust was Albert Noworth.

Haz has already talked about having all three of them on the field at the same time this season (Jax, Rak, Kerrigan). I don't think Rob is going anywhere. He'll get a fair offer.

Now that's the good news we needed today.
