    Ramon Foster - G - Steelers
The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports the Cardinals, Bears, and Titans have all shown interest in free agent OG Ramon Foster.
The Arizona connection makes sense because ex-Steelers offensive boss Bruce Arians is now the Cardinals' head coach. The Steelers seem lukewarm on re-signing Foster with Willie Colon and David DeCastro in place as starting guards.

James Harrison - LB - Steelers
The agent for James Harrison acknowledged Friday that contract negotiations with the Steelers are "not going good."
Agent Bill Parise expects a resolution "shortly," insisting Harrison wants to stay but is "prepared to move on if necessary." Outright releasing Harrison would save the Steelers $5.1 million versus the salary cap. Pittsburgh is currently just $1 million or so under the cap and needs space to sign its rookie class.

Damontre Moore - DL - Player
NFL Network's Mike Mayock reports that Texas A&M DE Damontre Moore weighed in at 6-foot-5 and 260 pounds at Friday's Pro Day.
Unfortunately, Moore suffered a hamstring during the workout and couldn't run another forty-yard dash. So he's standing on his 4.95 from the Combine. We wonder if Moore might have run in the 5s at his new, heavier weight. Moore has packed on ten pounds since measuring 6-foot-5, 250 in Indianapolis.
    Mar 8 - 10:06 PM

John Abraham - DL - Free Agent
Free agent John Abraham left his Seahawks visit Friday without a contract in place.
For the time being at least, this makes Abraham unlikely to sign with Seattle. Abraham arrived in San Francisco "over an hour or so ago," and will dine with 49ers officials late Friday. His official visit will take place Saturday.

I am not computer literate. If you find a way to do it, I'll totally put it on the OP.

I'll be a little concerned if we lose Zo and Fletcher both, that would basically leave us with just Riley, Robinson, Muckelroy, and maybe Jackson, if the FO decides to sort of turn him into a hybrid ILB/OLB.

It does seem like we might try and keep Fletcher though, and that would go a long way in securing that group.

Antwan Barnes - DL - Chargers
The Baltimore Sun's Aaron Wilson reports the Browns and Colts are expected to pursue free agent OLB Antwan Barnes.
Wilson considers Barnes, 28, a fallback option for clubs that swing and miss on Paul Kruger or Cliff Avril. After recording 11 sacks in a 2011 reserve role, Barnes was limited to three last year in San Diego. He should be affordable.

We won't lose both, Dog. Trust. One of the two will be here.

    From Schefty:

    http://www.whosay.com/AdamSchefter/c...w&code=ThT5kvk

March 8, 2013With teams allowed to speak to agents of prospective free agents at midnight, NFL sent a memo to all 32 teams reminding them that no agreements are allowed. The league's memo to all teams read, in part: "Clubs are advised that prior to the beginning of the new League Year it is impermissible for a club to enter into an agreement of any kind, express or implied, oral or written, or promises, undertakings, representations, commitments, inducements, assurances of intent or understandings of any kind concerning the terms or conditions of employment offered to, or to be offered to, any prospective Unrestricted Free Agent for inclusion in a Player Contract after the start of the new League Year. Any announcement of an agreement or an agreement in principle by a club or another party, including, but not limited to, a certified agent, player, or media organization may subject the club to a tampering investigation." In other words, free agency will not begin until Tuesday at 4 pm ET, even if talks are allowed tonight.

Louis Delmas - DB - Lions

NFL Network's Albert Breer reports free agent S Louis Delmas has an offer on the table from the Lions, but Delmas still plans to test the market.
In other words, the offer wasn't great. Delmas exited the Lions' facility on Friday with a pessimistic feeling about his future -- or lack thereof -- in Detroit. "The Lions are cheating on me," he said. "They’re going to the club every damn night and staying out late night, trying to come back home to Daddy." Plenty of teams could use Delmas in the backend, including Philadelphia, St. Louis, Minnesota, Jacksonville, and Kansas City.

Or you sign someone else. Cap space you don't spend on one player is cap space that becomes available to sign another. It seems people overlook that when they start worrying that not resigning someone (or releasing him) leaves the team thin.

Derek Cox - DB - Jaguars

The Florida Times Union confirms the Redskins are among the teams "expected to be interested" in free agent CB Derek Cox.
The Washington Examiner floated the Cox idea earlier in the day. We'd add Denver as a second potential landing spot for Cox. Former Jaguars coach Jack Del Rio now coordinates the Broncos' defense and needs a bookend for Champ Bailey.
