The Redskins had never beaten Dallas on Thanksgiving before, they were 4-6 going in and a long shot to do anything meaningful this season. Instead of buckling, they completely overwhelmed the Cowboys in the 2nd quarter and won a big road game.
Plus it was the Cowboys.
I won't put the 12/30 Dallas game on that level only because I felt like that game was ours going in. It's rare I'm this confident in the Redskins but that was our game to lose. Strangely enough, that actually made me more nervous. (Plus despite our lackluster overall record against the Cowboys, we seem to have the historical edge in meaningful games).
