Heath Evans is foolish.
Though I would love for him to be right on this particular topic.
Goodbye, Bubba. RIP.

Yeah, I don't think it was too smart of him to invoke RG3's name when he ignores the other two athletic QBs who run similar offenses.
In any case, he's got a long way to go before he's worse than Spurrier.
Possibly. Can't really do much worse than this past year though, either. The author's 3 reasons that Kelly will be the worst NFL coach EVER are amusing at best. I hate being a homer and defending the guy, but....
Point #1
I believe he finished 2nd after bowl games this season, so his point about not finishing higher than third is wrong.
Rankings per Rivals.com of Oregon's recruiting classes:
2009 (32)
2010 (13)
2011 (9)
2012 (16)
Point #2 in the article is true, but laughable. So Oregon lost to Stanford...not sure what that means. Everyone knows that his offense may not transfer to the NFL, and it remains to be seen if he even wants to transfer it to the NFL. And...Alabama lost to Texas A&M. Teams lose, even really good ones.
Point #3 regarding QB injuries, I agree with, but only if you assume he's going to run the exact same offense in the NFL that he runs at Oregon.
As an Eagles fan I'm not sold on him as an NFL head coach. Would have liked someone who had spent time in the NFL. However, this author obviously despises Kelly/Oregon, and is allowing that to cloud his "journalistic integrity".
The real test will be.....
How fast can he flap his lips?

"Peace, commerce and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none." Thomas Jefferson.
well...i guess this is a chip shot for philly...![]()
Ha ha ha ha ha! WTF? I totally missed this earlier.
I guess he made up his mind for sure this time?
Or will he be "staying" at Oregon next week? lol

Heath Evans has some sort of vendetta against Griffin. He's been beating the drum against him all season long for whatever reason and I think he was waiting for an injury so he could say "I told you so".
Not surprising he managed to get a dig in at RG3 in a completely unrelated article.
